Fard Avar Azma Iranian began its operations in August 2009 (Mordad 1388) with the aim of supplying and facilitating access to modern technologies in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry. As one of the largest companies active in the field of production, distribution, and supply of laboratory equipment and consumables, the company has remained committed since its establishment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs within the framework of national and international standards, as well as the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran.
In order to meet the needs of customers, users, and the legal requirements of the Iranian General Directorate of Medical Equipment, and based on the principles of customer orientation and continuous improvement, the management has defined and implemented the following key goals in alignment with the organization’s capabilities and in accordance with GSP (Good Storage Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards:
Playing an active and effective role in providing up-to-date diagnostic technologies and techniques.
Enhancing customer satisfaction by identifying their expectations and striving to meet them.
Delivering services in compliance with the defined GDP and GSP standards.
Developing and training qualified and experienced human resources as the most valuable asset of the organization.
Improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through continuous process and operational structure enhancement.
All staff and management are required to fully understand and implement the above principles.
This quality policy is reviewed as needed or annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
