Anti-Human Globulin (AHG)

Anti-Human Globulin (AHG) is an In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) reagent designed for use in immunohematology laboratories. It is intended for performing Direct Antiglobulin Test (DAT) and Indirect Antiglobulin Test (IAT) to detect red blood cells sensitized with IgG antibodies and/or complement components (C3d). The reagent is widely used in antibody screening and identification, compatibility testing (Crossmatch), and the diagnosis of Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn (HDFN).

This product is supplied as a ready-to-use reagent in 10 mL vials and is available in single-vial and 3 × 10 mL packaging.
